Verification of Residency

Returning Student Registration and Proof of Residency

All families must upload three proofs of residency during the registration process.

To complete returning student registration:
Visit https://gulfshorescs.powerschool.com/public and log in with your PowerSchool Username and Password.

  • If you need your login details, please email cneth@gsboe.org with the names of all your children.

  • Note: Returning student registration cannot be completed through the mobile app. You must use the website link above.

Acceptable Proofs of Residency:

  1. One current document from this list:
     • Valid lease
     • Mortgage statement
     • Deed
     • Settlement statement
     • Property tax notice

  2. Two current documents from this list:
     • Utility bills
     • Correspondence from a government agency (e.g., Social Security statement, SNAP, Federal income tax return with address, Medicare/Medicaid)
     • Pay stub with address

Please note: Cell phone bills and driver licenses are NOT accepted as proof of residency.
