At Gulf Shores Middle School, we believe in educating the whole child. While academics are a core part of every student's experience, we know that growth and success also come from meaningful opportunities beyond the classroom. That’s where our Student Life program shines.

Through social events, leadership opportunities, athletics, the arts, clubs, and service learning, students can discover new passions, build lasting friendships, and shape what their GSMS journey looks like. Whether your student is interested in creative expression, teamwork, academic enrichment, or giving back to the community, there is something for everyone. 

Our goal is to help students become confident, well-rounded individuals ready to take on high school and beyond. We also encourage our parents and families to get involved — no matter your schedule, there’s a way for you to connect, support, and be part of our vibrant school community.
